I love my morning with oatmeals *lovessss*❤
They are definitely part of my life, as I've mentioned before,
oatmeals can be my daily motivation and also kind of energy booster in the early morning.
*LOL
I think we all have something we gotta do EVERYDAY right...
never miss once.
It's like we gonna feel uncomfortable if we missed a day of doing that stuff.
Alright, eating oatmeals can be THE VERY FIRST section in this topic, haha.

Routinization.
Normally, I enjoy my oatmeals as breakfast after doing exercise.
It can be like an award for my hard work and also encourage myself to keep going on
hehehe.
So here comes the symbol,
1) eating oatmeals.
eating oatmeal definitely make me feel happy HAHA.

2） DOING EXERCISE.
to signify and remind myself -- never give up ;)
Sometimes we can't persist on doing something when we find ourselves started to feel bored to it.
or perhaps,
we never set ourselves a goal for it?
I have both of this "daily routine" for myself because I always believe that one day, I will reach my goal.
And never ever think to quit.
For my goal as well as a healthy lifestyle.
Day by day, it then slowly become my habit as well as routine :)

I love taking picture of food.
I take picture of every meal I have in every single day.
I just don't know why haha.
Me too agree it is kind of "modern sickness" which is not so healthy,
but, yea I'm so sick. hahaha

As taking picture from different angle of the food,
I get to know how is the food gonna be looked sexy/juicy/cute/happy etc.haha
Food really do.
do show their beauty from different angle.
That's their way to attract people right... haha.

Normally I take photos from TOP, SIDE and FRONT :)
the 2D feel of taking photos from top is very different with photos taken from side.
